Refund and Returns Policy

1. Right to Cancel

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
  • The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
  • To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

2. Returns

  • If you cancel your order, you must send back the goods within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation to UDeals, 15b Sawley Park, Derby, DE21 6AS.
  • You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to cover the return costs.

3. Refunds

  • We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
  • We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
    • 14 days after the day we receive back the goods you supplied, or
    • (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
    • If no goods were supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract.

4. Faulty Goods

  • If your item is faulty or not as described, you have the right to reject it within 30 days of receipt and get a full refund.
  • After 30 days, you may request a repair or replacement. If the repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you can ask for a refund or a price reduction.

5. Exemptions

  • The right to cancel does not apply to:
    • Perishable goods
    • Personalized items
    • Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
